Our signature 72 hour fermentation process naturally preserves our Yuzu extracts without the compromise of using chemical preservatives. The Slo-Brew way is one of tradition and humble receiving, or “Itadakimasu”. Our Yuzu farm at Kochi, Japan still employs the same Japanese Bonsai techniques passed down for centuries to care for the Yuzu trees. We feel deeply grateful for the nutritious soil our Yuzu trees thrive on, and for the crisp highland creeks where we source the spring water distilled for fermentation. This strengthens our resolution to continuously source botanical ingredients sustainably and locally. We also extend our gratitude to all of the planet’s inhabitants, animals especially. By eliminating animal testing completely, we strive to create products that gives maximum benefit to your skin and does minimum harm to animals. We believe natural products work best when we produce them in the most nature-friendly way.
