The Slo-Brew way is one of tradition and humble receiving, or “Itadakimasu”. Our Yuzu farm at Kochi, Japan still employs the same Japanese Bonsai techniques passed down for centuries to care for the Yuzu trees. We feel deeply grateful for the nutritious soil our Yuzu trees thrive in, and for the crisp highland creeks where we source the spring water distilled for our fermentation. This strengthens our resolution to continuously source botanical ingredients sustainably and locally. 

We also extend our gratitude to all of the planet’s inhabitants, especially animals. By eliminating animal testing completely, we strive to create products that give maximum benefit to your skin while doing minimum harm to animals. We believe natural products work best when we produce them in the most nature-friendly way.

Due to the unique and fresh nature of our product, it is highly recommended that you finish the full pouch within 24 hours of opening.

• Apply Yuzu Fresh Boost Clay Mask generously onto a clean, moist face by hand or using a silicone brush. Avoid eye and mouth areas.
• Leave it on for 5-10min, then wash it off with a damped towel and warm water. Follow up with your daily skincare routine. If you use it in the morning, don’t forget to apply SPF before you leave the door.
• It is highly recommended that you finish the full tube within 24 hours of opening for the freshest experience.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. Damages of external carton packages are not subject to our returns policy.
